The highest governing body of the Swiss Life Collective Occupational Pension Foundation is the Board of Trustees, which is composed of three employee and employer representatives each. Ms Marina Jung, employee representative, will step down from the Board of Trustees on 30 September 2026. The seat which becomes vacant must be filled with effect from 1 October 2026. The Board of Trustees has commissioned Swiss Life Ltd, as the manager, to hold the replacement election.
The incumbent Board of Trustees submits a proposal for election to the Administrative Boards of the employee benefits units that are eligible to vote from amongst eligible employee representatives as a new member of the Board of Trustees for the remaining term of office from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2029.
If no additional, eligible candidates are put forward by expiry of the registration deadline on 23 August 2026, the candidate proposed by the incumbent Board of Trustees will be elected by acclamation. A secret, electronic ballot will be held only if eligible candidates are put forward within the specified deadline.
