The highest governing body of the Swiss Life Collective Occupational Pension Foundation is the Board of Trustees, which is composed of three employee and employer representatives each. Mr Marc Hunziker,
employer representative, will step down from the Board of Trustees on 30 June 2026. The vacant seat was to be filled with effect from 1 July 2026.
The incumbent Board of Trustees has submitted a proposal for election to the Administrative Boards of the employee benefits units who are eligible to vote from amongst eligible employer representatives as a new member of the Board of Trustees for the remaining term of office from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.
As no additional, eligible candidates were put forward by 30 April 2026, the candidate proposed by the incumbent Board of Trustees, Mr Matthias Zschocke, was elected by acclamation.
